Ed is a coach and trainer who has worked in Australia and the UK, in digital publishing at FT100 listed companies, the web agency sector, the transport and logistics sector, and as a trainer and coach.

Ed co-organises two Melbourne agile meetups, and the LAST Conference, for Lean, Agile, and Systems Thinking practitioners.

He worked on his first agile project in 2004 and has been a Certified Scrum Master since 2007.

Ed has spoken at groups such as Agile Oxford (UK), Melbourne Agile Business Analysts, Melbourne Agile and Scrum Group, Melbourne Geek Night, Sydney Business Analysts, and at Scrum Australia 2013, and LAST conferences.

He works under the name Projects’ Little Helper, and is a founding member and Director of Tabar, a network of lean, agile and system thinking practitioners who “work collaboratively to help clients to delight their customers in innovative ways.”
